David provides Physical Orthopedic Therapy services for un’ina, “those who come to us.” He works with individuals to manage pain, weakness, balance, post-operative rehabilitation, gait training, and reduced functional capacity.

David is passionate about helping others and finds it rewarding to help each un’ina accomplish their goals and get back to living their lives to the fullest.

David has earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, and is also certified in Advanced Level 3 Dry Needling.

David appreciates the Dene’ Philosophy of Care in place at the Dena’ina Wellness Center, which takes a whole-person approach to wellness. He includes completion of his Level 3 Dry Needling certification among his career highlights because of the impacts he sees on those living with chronic pain.

When he’s not serving un’ina, David enjoys spending time with his family and mountain biking. He has completed the Kenai 250, a long-distance mountain bike race through the mountains of the eastern Kenai Peninsula.
